PRIVACY POLICY

How this website handles your data

Short version: the site has no cookies, analytics or tracking. If you contact me, I use your details to reply and to discuss a possible engagement, and nothing else.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Digitech Hub EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 204494064, VAT BG204494064), with its registered address at 19 Yordan Stubel str., Sofia, Bulgaria. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Digitech Hub EOOD, represented by its manager, Ivaylo Aleksiev.

For any question about your data, write to contact@digitechhub.services.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the website digitechhub.services and to the messages you send me through it or by email. Contracts with clients have their own data protection terms.

What data I collect

When you contact me. Through the contact form or by email, I receive your name, your work email, the option you choose under "What fits best", your message, and anything else you decide to include. If we continue the conversation, I also keep that correspondence.

Messages sent through the contact form are stored in a database run by Google Cloud (Firebase) in data centres in the European Union, and a copy is sent to my inbox.

When you visit the site. The server that hosts the site automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is standard for any website and is needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure.

What I do not collect. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google or other font services when you visit.

Why I use it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries when you write on behalf of a company (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To run the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax records if we work together. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

I do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing, I do not sell it, and I do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Who receives it

I share personal data only with service providers that help me run the site and my business, and only as far as they need it:

  • Google Ireland Limited (Google Cloud and Firebase), which hosts this website and stores contact form messages in the European Union;
  • my email provider, which also delivers contact form messages to my inbox;
  • my accountant, if we sign a contract.

These providers process data on my behalf and under contracts that oblige them to protect it. I disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask me for details of the safeguards used.

How long I keep it

  • Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement: deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contract, then as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires (up to 10 years for accounting records).
  • Server logs: for a short period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data I hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted;
  • restrict how I use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To use any of these rights, write to contact@digitechhub.services. I reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). You can also contact the authority in the country where you live or work.

Do you have to provide your data

No. Contacting me is voluntary. I need at least a way to reach you, usually an email address, to reply.

Changes to this policy

If the way I handle data changes, for example when a new service is added to the site, I will update this page and the date at the top.
